Course Overview

Our Chair Massage Course is designed to train you in delivering an effective 15–20-minute seated massage, targeting the back, neck, shoulders, arms, and head. This focused treatment helps relieve muscular tension, improve mobility, and enhance relaxation — all without the need for a massage table.

Chair massage is not only highly therapeutic but also a valuable tool for increasing client engagement and promoting your practice in both spa and corporate wellness environments. It’s ideal for mobile therapists and professionals looking to add a time-efficient, client-friendly service to their offering.

Course Content Includes

• Warm-up techniques along the spine to stimulate the Bladder Meridian

• Focused work on the left and right shoulders and arms, addressing key pressure points

• Massage of the lower back, hips, and upper glutes

• Finishing sequence using Tapotement and Indian Head Massage movements

• Ergonomic setup and posture for therapist and client comfort

• Practical guidance for real-world application

Course Timings

• Weekdays: 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• Weekends: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Certification

Upon successful completion of this course, you will be awarded the KAE Aesthetics Laser Academy Diploma in Chair Massage, which qualifies you to obtain professional public liability insurance.
