You’ll gain practical knowledge in body assessment, trigger point therapy, Thai-inspired passive stretching, and methods to identify and address the underlying causes of muscular discomfort and postural imbalances.

The curriculum focuses on core Deep Tissue Massage principles, equipping you with a diverse set of techniques to refine your touch, build practitioner confidence, and enhance treatment effectiveness.

What You’ll Learn:

Techniques to effectively lengthen and shorten muscle tissue
Understanding common muscle injuries
Identifying and working with trigger points in the back and gluteal muscles
The role and response of stretch receptors
Mastery of palpation methods
Application of passive movements for therapeutic impact
Introduction to positional release techniques
Use of forearms, elbows, and knees to deliver deeper pressure
Assisted and passive stretching inspired by Thai Massage

Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a Diploma Certificate from KAE Aesthetics Laser Academy, allowing you to obtain professional public liability insurance and start offering Deep Tissue Massage services immediately.
