This hands-on training in Swedish Body Massage offers students the opportunity to learn and refine their technique in a supportive, supervised classroom setting. Working in pairs, you will explore the key massage methods—effleurage, petrissage, tapotement, friction, and vibration—along with proper use of various massage mediums including oils, talc, and cream.
The course provides full-body massage instruction, as well as techniques for facial and scalp massage. You’ll also cover the benefits, contraindications, client care, and professional record-keeping essentials needed to perform this treatment safely and effectively.
Swedish Body Massage is a foundational qualification required for progressing into advanced beauty and holistic therapy roles, making it a vital certification for anyone entering the wellness or spa industry.
