This intensive training covers two distinct but complementary skill sets:
Safe setup and use of electrolysis equipment
Application of alternating current and blend techniques
Hair removal from small facial and body areas
Hygiene, client preparation, and treatment protocols
Removal of skin tags, milia, red veins, and warts
Use of advanced blend electrolysis for precision treatment
Consultation and skin analysis for blemish removal
Complication management and aftercare
Please note: candidates must complete the Level 3 epilation component before advancing to blemish removal.
Upon successful completion, you will receive two regulated VTCT certificates:
Level 3 Award in Electrical Epilation
Level 4 Award in Skin Blemish Removal

You will receive full hands-on training in a professional salon environment. In rare cases, if another student is not available to model, you may be asked to bring your own.
KAE Aesthetics Laser Academy also offers volunteer work opportunities during your VTCT programme to help you build real-world experience and gain practical confidence.
While course kits are not provided for take-home use, all essential materials and equipment will be available during your practical sessions at the academy.
This course is open to all learners – no previous experience is necessary. However, progression to Level 4 blemish removal requires successful completion of the Level 3 epilation module.
As this is a fast-track programme, you will be expected to complete case studies and assignments independently and demonstrate proficiency in a salon-based setting.
